A Workflow is the thrid, and final step to adding a Process for CardExchange® Cloud.

This step requires that you have added a system action, you can read how to add one here, and that you have configured a business rule, you can read how to add one here.

Once you have configured the action, and a business rule condition, then you can add a Workflow. The workflow defines when a business rule is run. This will be the system status change that triggers the event moment.
