Setting up messages with the Controller

In this section you can define the system messages for the users of the management system. Specific messages to inform holders of ID’s are configured in the action section. In this section you define the text for that users receive to confirm their account, when they change their password, etc.

To enter text for a message, select the message type from the drop-down menu and select the language, standard is the default language for your region which has been defined in the General settings section.

Besides regular text, you can insert images and URL’s and right from the editor window you can find all the tags that are applicable for the select message type, which ones can be inserted in the text editor. The tags also work in the Subject section of the message.
