We offer the option to send SMS messages as actions that can be executed based on the business rules applied. That means we can send SMS messages when, for example, an ID has been produced and is ready for pickup. We currently support Twilio as provider of SMS services and in this page, you can enable their services and enter the information provided by Twilio. There is also a Sign Up button available that brings you to the Twilio website where the user can buy an SMS service package.

To setup SMS, click on Configure Twilio Account. The information that you need to fill in on this form will come from your Twilio Account.

Click on SAVE to store the configuration and return to locked mode.
