Under the Print pane, you will see a slit of records that are in the In Production state. The next step is to produce the physical card for the person. To do this, you have a few different options.

If you are using Press to produce your physical badges, then you will need to open up Press, and print the record. This will move them out of the Print pane list, and into an Approve state. They will then show under the Approve for Issuance screen.
