Through controller, you can upload a small batch of photos in bulk via the Import Photos screen. Currently it is possible to upload about 100 photos at a time with this method. For speed, you will need to make sure that your images are not too big. We recommend that they are no more than 50KB per photo.

Another requirement for photo import is that your photos are named according to a field available in Controller to match on. We recommend that your photos are named with the Person Number field. So if you have a record that has Person Number 123456, the photo would be named 123456.jpg.

To do the import, under the Photos tab on the Left hand side, click on Import. This will bring you to the Photo Import Screen.

Either drag and drop the photos you would like to upload on the box at the top, or click inside of the box to bring up a file explorer dialog to select the photos you want to import.

Once you have selected your photos, you will need to choose a field to match the name of the photo to a field in Controller. You can do this by clickin on the dropdown box labeled Property to match photo on in the bottom right corner of the import box, then select the proper field.

To finalized the import, review the photos in the list below, and select the ones you want to import. You can click on teh Select All box at the top to select all of the photos. Then click on the Upload Selected button to the right. 

You will see a spinning icon in the top right corner to indicate that it is uploading the selected Photos. Once the import has completed, you can go back to the People Screen and then refresh the list. If you have photo approval turned on, then you will also need to go throught he Photo Approval process, approve and release the images.
