In the Approve for Production pane, you will see a list of people that have a card in the Initialized state. If the Profile that is assigned to the user has Photos Required, then you will only see a list of people that also already have a photo that has been approved and released. 

Here you can choose to move the card into the In Procution state, or delete the card all together. To do this, search for your person using the search function at the top, then select the records that you would like to print.

If you want to print the card, then click on the Approive to Production button in the top right corner.

In the event that you would like to delete the erronous card from the list, select the records that you want delete the card for, then click on the Delete Cards button in the top right corner.
