The first step in producing a card is to create the credential. In the Create pane, we will see a list of People that have a Profile attached to their record, and do not already have an Active credential, or a credential in one of the production stages.

To create a credential for a Person, search for the person using the search function at the top. Then you can select the records from the list that you want to create a credential for. Finally, click on the Create Credentials button in the top right corner.

Depending on how the settings are configured in Admin Center, your card will now move into the Initialized state, and will show under the Approve for Production pane.
