Sometimes it is necissary to export the photos from Controller. If you would like to download a batch of photos from controller, you can do so by clicking on Photos in the left hand menu, then click on Eport below.

Do note that this tool is not meant to download 1000's of images at a time. If you try to do so, then the server will have to process each of those images, and it can take a very long time for the page to provide the download. If you have a need to export images from large data sets, we recommend using Bridge.

This will bring you to a search screen. If you want to download all of the photos, then you do not have to search first. Instead, just click on the Download All button in the top right corner.

Alternitively you can search for just the records that you want to download photos for by filling in the correct search term in the correct field. Then click on the Download Button in the bottom right corner.

Once you have chosen to download the photos, Controller will output a zip folder containing the images that you have specified. They will be named as Person Number.jpg. For instance, if you have a record with the Person Number as 123456, then the outputted photo will be named 123456.jpg.
