If you have manually set a photo to be reviewed, they will show up in this pane.

Like with the Pending pane, you can choose to either Approve the photo, or Reject the photo.

To approve the photo(s), select them from the list and then click on the Approve Photos button at the top, or click on the Thumbs Up button to the right of the record in the list.

To reject the photo(s), select them from the list and then click on the Reject Photos button at the top, or click on the Thumbs Down button to the right of the record in the list.

Once you click on Reject photos, you will have to provide a reason for rejecting them.
