Getting control over your enrollment processes is key functionality within the Controller. From the moment credentials are created, straight through any applicable production phase, until the issuance and activation, the Production section of the Controller is managing this all. Production is mostly related to the production of physical ID’s but in Controller not limited to these ID’s, also digital ID’s can be managed from this part of the Controller. There are five different stages within the production section. Based on set business rules and workflow processes, the way you go through these stages can be different for each organization. All stages that a person passes are recorded within the life cycle tracking of the credential; the life cycle tracking starts on the moment that a credential is created for the person. The phase in the life cycle can always be seen in the history tab of the person. The Application Menu is available in all applications by selecting the menu button in the left upper corner.
