After a photo has been either approved manually, or has been approved automatically by the system, your photos will show up here in the Approved Photos tab.

For the photo to be used in the system, or printed on a physical badge, the photo will also need to be released. You can set the system to automatically release these photos once the go into an approved state by changing the setting in Admin Center under Setup -> Controller -> Photos.

To release a photo(s) manually, you can select them in the list, then click on the Release photos button at the top.

Alternitively, if you have mistakenly approved a photo, then you can select them and move them to a Reject state by clicking on the Regject Photos button at the top, or by clicking on the thumbs down button to the right of the record in the list.

Once you click on Reject photos, you will have to provide a reason for rejecting them.
