The last step in issuing a physical card is to Activate it. Any of the cards that are in an Approve state will show up here. Once the person has the physical card in their hands, you can activate their credential so that it can be used in other systems.

To activate a credential, search for the person using the search function at the top, then select the records that you would like to activate their card for. Click on the Activate button in the top right corner.

Cards that are marked as active will then move into an Activated state. If you have business rules set up to process data into a 3rd party system on the Activate status change, then that rule will run, and it will update your other systems to show the card as active and ready to use.
