Under the Profile Field mappings, you can set up various other designations for the selections of Business Unit, External Company, Department, Cost Account and Location.

The first tab in this section is the General Tab.

If you are using Stand, it is important that you map the email field to the profile so that the end user's Stand account is created. You can choose to map the other fields here as you wish. If you do not add a start date and end date, then the default values defined in Admin Center will be used.

For the remaining tabs, Business Unit, External Company, Department, Cost Account and Location, you can define which value they are assigned dynamically or statically the same way you would with the Address Type.

It is important to double check that they are set. If you will not be using them, make sure that they are set to always use the same value, and set it to (NONE)
