In the Address Type selection screen in the Mappings window, you can choose which type of Address that you would like to create for each record.

You can either choose to always use the same address type, or you can set up conditions to use to dynamically set which type of address they are set with.

Do note that if you select Always use same address type, then you will not be able to use conditions.

If you use Select Address Type Based on Field Value, you need to ensure that you have a field that you can use in your data source that contains some way to differentiate which address type should be used.

In the above screenshot, the data source has a field for Address preference. There are 3 conditions that were added here, and you can specify what values will correlate with which address type is being used. You can also sed up a default type for when it is unable to pick an address type due to the values not matching any of the conditions in the field.
