Profile Type
In the Profile type settings window, you can choose what profile a record will get when they are imported.
You can choose to either set the import to always use the same Profile, or you can set it up based off of a conditional value in a field in your database.
Do note that you will need to set these for each of the data sources that you have connected to Bridge.

Profile Field Mappings
Under the Profile Field mappings, you can set up various other designations for the selections of Business Unit, External Company, Department, Cost Account and Location.
The first tab in this section is the General Tab.

Address Fields Mapping
On the Address tab of the Mappings window, you canc choose the fields that you want to map to the Address that will be added to the person record.
On the left side, you will see the fields from your local data source, and on the right dropdown menus you can select the field in cloud you would like to connect to.

Local Update
If you are wanting to update your data source with the data from cloud, you can do so here.
There are a few things that you can update back to the local data source. Do note that these are the only fields that you can update your local data source with.
For each of the fields Card Serial Number, Card Status, and Printed Date, you can check the ones you want to write back locally. Then you can select the field in your data source that you want to store that value in.

Bridge Settings
In the Settings window, you will be able to define certain settings around how and when Bridge will run.
It is important to note that you can select different settings for each of the databases that you are using with Bridge. Make sure that you select each of your databases from the dropdown box at the top, and set each of your required settings for each database.

Address Type Selection
In the Address Type selection screen in the Mappings window, you can choose which type of Address that you would like to create for each record.
You can either choose to always use the same address type, or you can set up conditions to use to dynamically set which type of address they are set with.
Do note that if you select Always use same address type, then you will not be able to use conditions.

Person Mappings
Once you have added a Database, you can now access the Mappings window.
The first screen that you see will be for your Person Mappings. Here we will need to define where the fields in your local datasource will be mapped to the cloud database.
First you need to select the database you would like to map from the local database, then click on the Use this Database option.
On the left hand side, you will see a list of the fields that you have available in your local database....

Filter Conditions
Depending on the fields you have available, you may want to filter the data that is going to be imported into cloud before the import happens.
In the Filter window, you can select a condition you want to be met for records that are imported.
Do note that you can set individual filters for each of your data sources by selecting the correct one from the top dropdown box.
