In order to have the TWN4 reader being recognize correctly will be needed to install its drivers and then update its firmware to the version TWN4_NCx320_PRS104_Nano_CDC_Simple_Protocol.

To install its driver is needed to have the printer connected to the computer through USB and have its driver installed in beforehand.

Next, please go to the Elatec folder available in the link below and go to Driver folder and run the bat file that is there.

The firmware update must be done using the Elatec tools to be more precise the AppBlaster.

After these steps please open the app Director from Elatec and check if you can connect to the reader, if so it means the firmware and the driver was correctly installed and it will be recognized in CardExchange as Elatec TWN4.
