It seems they keep coming back but I'll pay closer attention, maybe it's not until I get frustrated that I finally go in and look at them. If they do come back then I'll contact support. Thanks Craig.

Hi Maria,

For the news items, you should be able to mark these as read under the service centre. Once they are marked as read you should not be notified about them any more. Usually there are only around 2-3 news items per month, so on these occasions you just mark them as read and that should be it.

If you are marking them as read, but they are not staying marked as read, then let us know as it may be a corrupt config file.

Ugh, thanks. I looked everywhere. The alerts are just really annoying to me. If I click to X out of the program of course I want out. It seems unnecessary for it to double check since due to the nature of the software if I do close out by accident I'm not going to lose anything.

When I go into the software it's usually to get a card printed real quick, I hate having to click for the message alerts for the promotions for new software. Can't they just email that stuff?

Well thanks for the quick reply, I guess I'll just tough it out.

This is a default setting that cannot be disabled.

Is there any way to turn off the alert that pops up when I close the program and asks if I really want to close it?

Also, is there a way to turn off the alerts that pop up to say I have messages?
