Double check the User Authorization section and that the group in the group permission section has the checkbox enabled for the Configuration section. The options below it may be enabled, but if the section itself is disabled then you still would not be able to see the section options.

Hi Roman, none of the tabs are on her installation as you can see in the picture, it's just a blank page. I have attached a screenshot of my tabs, these are the ones that were there before along with all the cards that need to be printed. The only one I don't have is Configuration, this user should also have the configuration tab as well as all of the below.

Hi Jenny,

It looks like the application was able to successfully activate! The About CardExchange window is showing the serial number coming from your license manager, so that appears to be working... Is there any other part of the application that appears to not be functioning due to the error window appearing?

Hopefully you can see the attachment. It's when the programme opens after they've logged in using username and password. I've included the box which opens in the top left button and when they've clicked "about Card Exchange"

Hi Jenny. would you have a screenshot of where exactly the error is occurring? Would this be in the Gateway window, or in a separate error window that appears after initializing the application?

The best thing to troubleshoot in this case is to see if there is some communications/permissions issue with that particular user communicating with the License Management Server that hosts the licenses, check if something has changed, the network, the user, or the server. If the setup was working only up until recently, maybe something as simple as restarting the license management service will resolve the issue. Find the Sentinel RMS License Manager option in the Services section of the Task Manager, right-click, Restart Service

Hello, one of our users which has a license has suddenly got a blank page when she logs onto Card Exchange, and a blue line saying "No licensed products activated". As of yesterday she was able to use the system. All other users who have the same permissions can log on without issue, and we are only using 5/13 licenses that we have bought. Can you please advise some troubleshooting steps and/or any further information you need in order to diagnose the issue?
