Hi Henry,

To change the default printer that is used whenever using the Print Card button in the Quick Actions pane, go to the top. Click on the Print tab. Then click on the Printer Options button. Here you select the printer that you want to use. If you have the bottom box checked, to apply to all cards, then it will always use that printer for all templates.

Bit of a strange one, we have multiple PC's with the Card Exchange software installed each with their own Zebra ZXP 7 card printers connected and they all point to a central server for the data configuration/card templates etc.
Recently when they click the print card button under the Actions menu it prints to Microsoft Print to PDF so they have to then go the Printers tab in the left hand menu and click the Zebra ZXP printer in order to print a card.
Is there any way to change this so that the Print Card button goes to the Zebra Printer?
This happens on all PC's and all card templates so I'm assuming that the settings are getting picked up from a central location regardless of if the Zebra is the default printer on the PC, each time I delete the HardwareOptions.xml for that machine in the Data directory it just recreates it with the Microsoft Print to PDF listed as the PrinterName.
